TRAVEL FEE

Calculate the DRIVING distance from 78212 to determine mileage charge.

  • Up to 20 miles > FREE

  • 20 - 25 miles > $10

  • 26 - 30 miles > $20

  • 31 - 35 miles > $30

  • 36 - 40 miles > $40

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you must cancel your event for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date within the next 30 days for your consideration. Keep in mind that you may forfeit your deposit if you are unable to reschedule.

RENTAL TERMS

Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items:

The renter is responsible for the retail value in case of loss of items while in their possession

The renter is responsible for the retail value of tea ware if broken and pieces brought back to company. Rental cost will be applied to value.

The renter is responsible- To return any items that were not re-packed in containers when returned to Teacups and Tiaras. Also, in the case of sending personal china with Teacups and Tiaras the renter is responsible to pick up or pay extra fees to get items back.

Security is the renter's responsibility. Tea items must be protected from disappearance and weather related damage while in your possession.

All equipment is clean, sanitized and table ready.

Deposits ARE REFUNDABLE.

PAYMENT

To book your event, we require a Non-Refundable Credit or Debit Card payment of $100 on Themed parties and $50 on Character visits. Your final payment is due 3 days prior to your event. If we are unable to process this payment, we reserve the right to cancel your event.

COSTUMES AND EVENTS

All events are "rain or shine" unless otherwise stipulated. The purchaser is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. PERFORMERS WILL NOT PERFORM OUTDOORS IN EXTREME HEAT OR COLD CONDITIONS. Also, outdoor areas must be clean with no mud, gravel, stickers, or within 20 feet of smoke.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

We will provide store bought themed cupcakes and lemonade or flavored tea for your event if it is included in the package you purchase. We suggest that you provide your guests with sandwiches and we will be happy to serve them. We can provide you with easy to use menu options. We ask that tomato based entrees; pastas; greasy or messy foods are not served as they can stain our linens and costumes and make clean up a challenge. Teacups and Tiaras is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In case of Liability and /or financial remuneration due to the above mentioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

RIGHTS TO PHOTOGRAPHS

Teacups and Tiaras reserves the right to photograph events they design and/or use photographs taken at your event in any or all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Teacups and Tiaras, in perpetuity, and for other use by Teacups and Tiaras. As a customer of Teacups and Tiaras, you agree that you will make no monetary or other such claim against Teacups and Tiaras for the use of any photograph taken of you, your child (or children), your home/event location, and your guests. Should you have any concerns or wish to have images not used, please send your request to Teacupstiarasparty@

DISCLAIMER

We do not offer characters from television. We only have professional theatrical costumes. It is not our intention to violate any copyrighted characters, and we make no attempt to market them as such. We will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed birthday party character.
