How do I book a party?
Once you’ve chosen a party theme, complete a booking form and we will send you an email confirming availability.
How can I pay?
We accept debit and all major credit cards.
When do I need to pay for the party?
The total amount due must be paid by debit/credit card no less that 3 days prior to the party. Failure to pay for the party in its entirety 3 days before it begins will result in the cancellation of the event and you will forfeit the deposit.
How far in advance should I book a party?
We scheule parties 7 days a week base on availability. We suggest booking your party at least 4 weeks in advance for Full Themed parties and 2-3 weeks for character visits. However, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request on short notice if we have the availability.
Where can I host a Teacups & Tiaras party?
Anywhere your imagination takes you because we come to you. A mileage fee may apply depending on the distance outside of San Antonio and the surrounding metro areas. The mileage fee ranges in price depending on the distance from 78212 zip code.
What happens if rains or there is inclement weather on the day of the party?
We will party rain or shine. However, should you choose a party package and your venue requires the use of outside facilities we will not be held liable or provide refunds in the case of cancellation because of the rain or inclement weather.
How much space is needed?
Please make sure there is adequate space available if you are hosting a full-themed party before we arrive. If you are hosting a character visit and there is a delay due to parking issues it will affect the length time of your party.
How many children can participate in the Princess & Tiara parties? All of our packages are priced for 8 guests including the guest of honor. Additional guests are more than welcome at an additional cost. However, we will need an additional event assistant at a service rate of $60 for more than 12 children and recommend no more than 16 children for a tea party. Character visits are always for unlimited children.
How long does it take to set up a Princess & Tiaras party?
Each party is unique and we want to ensure each princess received only the best so depending on the package selected it will take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours to set up the decor. We also ask that we have access to the kitchen for clean up. We kindly ask you that no children or early guest be in the event area during the set-up time so we can be completely focused creating something amazing for your special day.
What if someone shows up late?
Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party and your understanding is appreciated.
Are pets allowed?
While we love pets, no pets are allowed inside the truck. We also kindly ask you to remove any pet(s) from the party area prior to our arrival as a courtesy to our party hostess and guests. Failure to do so may incline our staff to leave the premises.
What if a guest is misbehaving?
Each of our trained party hostesses will do their best to make each guest in included and has an incredible time however, we are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. It is the responsibility of the parents to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving in a safe or responsible manner.
Parking: Please allow ample space in your driveway or in front of your home for us to park, as we will have some heavy items to carry into your home. In case of rain, entrance through a covered garage would be greatly appreciated.

· Remain with/near the party all times
· Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay
· Provide an unobstructed area for setup and takedown
· Provide an unobstructed area for parking our vehicle
Other Considerations: For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our costumes, we kindly ask that any food and beverages that will be served to the children while in costume be:
Light colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch) and please, no food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce or dark colored jellies.
We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage our costumes.
Although, we understand accidents may happen, the client will be held responsible for damage &/or loss to Teacups and Tiaras Property.
We can discuss your menu and menu options with you beforehand as a courtesy.
Teacups and Tiaras assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during a party including but not limited to slips, falls or damages caused during your party or to your guests, liability will lie strictly with the client.
Photos: We always encourage you to take your own pictures. We do ask that any photos of our work you post on the Internet be solely for personal use only. Any photos of our work are not to published on a business website or for any other business purpose without our permission.
All photos taken by our Company are the sole ownership of Teacups and Tiaras.
Teacups and Tiaras may use pictures from our parties for promotional purposes on our website, print ads or publications.
We always respect every individual's right to privacy and for this reason personal information or e-mails will NEVER be disclosed or sold to a third party.

It is always nice to have some options when planning for your event. Our rental packages are great for bridal showers, baby showers, book clubs, children's parties, mommy and me, & a variety of social events. All items (other than linen) must be clean at pick up or a cleaning fee will be charged.
